Will my website and email be affected during the domain transfer process?

No, it should not as far as your domain DNS servers are not changed. We do not change the name servers for your domain during the transfer process. Some registrars/hosting companies will change the DNS servers if you try to transfer and in that case you should contact them before domain transferring otherwise, to be safe, you should not transfer your domain until you move your website and email hosting to our servers.
